MOSCOW, Apr 27 (PRIME) -- All leaders of OPEC plus delegations, as well as the ministerial monitoring committee, will meet on Tuesday, a source in one of the delegations told PRIME.
"All OPEC plus meetings have been rescheduled for today," the source said.
The meetings were earlier slated for Wednesday.
